We created the solution we couldn’t find.
Somerled was built at the intersection of two different ways of thinking: strategy and design.
Co-founder Bri comes from an investing and marketing background, specializing in positioning, performance, and revenue strategy. Co-founder Jordan brings the design perspective, with deep expertise in how space, experience, and detail influence behavior.
They saw the same problem from opposite sides. Short-term rentals were being designed to look good, but not to work hard. Properties in the same markets delivered wildly different results, and the gap had nothing to do with budget or square footage.
Somerled exists to close that gap. By combining strategic thinking with intentional design, we created a model where research leads, design follows, and every project is treated like the investment it is.
